SPIRIT supplies the tools busy architects and planners need to move efficiently through the entire architectural process ... from design to visualization and from permit planning to construction documentation.

SPIRIT offers advanced 3D modeling and visualization capabilities at a cost comparative advantage over comparable systems.

SPIRIT includes an architectural front-end called ZAC (Zone-based Architectural Construciton). ZAC links building components that belong together -- doors, windows, walls, and so forth. When you make a change in the 2D floor plan or in the 3D model, ZAC adjusts the appropriate components in whatever zone of the drawing you specify. ZAC automatically generates 2D drawings and 3D models of your project at varying levels of detail.
