The digital building model and the room schedule give a comprehensive description of the construction and finishing of your building projects and are the basis for the precise itemized calculation of masses/quantities and costs.

The result are schedules and bills of material - ready for all contracting programs or in the direct data format for AVANTI pro, the complete contracting software solution from STI. PRONTO Pro, the universal graphical calculation tool, is the ideal complement to the CAD program SPIRIT from STI or to other building-specific CAD programs.

4. Layout editor: Printouts in PRONTO Pro can now be created with ease. The reference technology allows you to modify all headers in all layouts in one go.

Generate a digital building model based on your CAD plan which is clearly sructured into floors, apartments and rooms. This is worth while! The information on building components and finishings defined by means of provided building units or existing data/text pools is an unexhaustible source of information in the subsequent planning and building process - for example for bills of materials or estimates.

PRONTO Pro is flexible as it processes your thumbsketch as well as CAD drawings either via current interfaces or directly using the data format of the building-specific CAD program SPIRIT from STI, automatically generating a building model.

Assured
PRONTO Pro offers cost assurance right fromt he start: if building components are assigned the corresponding cost structures, which are specified in DIN 276, and the building masses have been recorded, PRONTO Pro will produce all evaluations according to DIN 276. If required , also rough estimates may be generated which can then be processed by contracting programs like AVANTI Pro.

Memorable
Changes in quantities and consequently in costs, for example at the buildings owner's request, can be documented in a comprehensible manner. The evaluation functionality comprises in addition to cost analysis according to work types, DIN 276 or user-defined specifications also the ABC analysis. Cooperative
PRONTO Pro is able to process all current CAD data exchange formats. PRONTO Pro communicates particularly well with SPIRIT and AVANTI Pro from STI due to the fact that all software modules of the BUILDING INFORMATION NETWOK use the ssame database. In addition, PRONTO Pro provides several import and export filters like MS-Excel, GAEB and Datanorm, dBase etc.
