- Purchase Orders will be accepted from Government and Education
customers with a completed information sheet(for first time order).
- California companies can submit a credit application for credit
terms.
- All other companies and individuals can purchase using Amex,
Discover, MasterCard or Visa credit cards. If you don't have a credit card you
can prepay or arrange for your bank to transfer the money to our bank. No
COD's.
- Sales tax will be collected for shipments within
California.
- Resale Certificates must be completed and signed for tax exempt
California customers.
- Shipping is via UPS or Priority Mail. You may specify ground,
2nd Day or Next Day Air.
- All items are covered by the respective manufacturers warranty.
- If you need to return an item, you must obtain an RMA number
and the return shipping address. The item must be received within the first 30
days.
- If you receive an item that is freight damaged, please note on
the receiver document and contact UPS or the shipping company.
